Our Story
For Those Who Love Riding on Ice
We (a small group of kite surfers) have designed
the first set of blade in 2012, because we wanted
to enjoy the thrill of kite surfing during the wintertime on frozen lakes.
Later in 2017, we started to develop our blades for
the public.
We went through a long designing and testing process and we are proud to say that the final product
is pretty amazing.
The development has never stopped ever since and
new blades arriving soon!

I tested the blades on Sunday, but didn't take any pictures or video.
That was probably last possible day to try them this winter, as temperature is rising quickly and ice is now melting.
Blades worked very nicely.
Wind was very light, but I was using a small kite, because I wasn't sure how fast the board will go with them and I didn't want to get overpowered at the first try.
Sometimes the kite did not even stay in the air. But when it did, the board accelerated really easily. Blades held the edge perfectly, and going upwind was easy even in such light wind.
Ice quality was quite bad, but board went over long sections of rough and bumpy ice reliably. With ice skates those sections would probably have been much more scary.
It was a nice first session, and I am very happy with my purchase.

I will have to figure something out for foot grip. After riding around and stepping on and off the board, I found that there was ice accumulating where I stand.
I really love it and I can't wait to get out again!
